SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time:
We strive to process every order within 48 hours but depending upon volume it can be up to 5 business days. Please allow additional time for orders placed on weekends and major holidays.

Undeliverable Packages:
We will attempt to contact you if we receive your package back as undeliverable. A refund will be given for the cost of items.

Rejecting Receipt:
Rejecting receipt of a package may be subject to a 15% restocking fee ($2 minimum). Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be deducted from any applicable refund amount.

Missing Packages:
United States Postal Service, and other shipping carriers require 5 business days after the expected delivery date to be considered missing packages. Heavy mail times, severe weather and holiday seasons the time frame should be increased to 10 business days. After this time frame, the package may then be considered missing or lost.

Tracking Numbers without updates:
Occasionally the tracking number provided does not show an official acceptance scan by the carrier, please notify us. Please allow up to 10 business days to communicate with  carriers. After this time the package can be considered missing or lost and a claim will need to be made with the carrier.

Packages that are marked by the carrier as shipped and/or delivered that are claimed as missing or stolen by the customer are not the responsibility of Lugus MFG. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.​
